COMPLETE ASSESSMENT

Prior experience in remote customer service is preferred but not required. Please review all qualifications carefully to ensure you meet the necessary requirements before applying.

Basic Equipment Needed:

  • Computer (Desktop or Laptop)

    • Windows 10 or 11 (some companies do not accept Mac or Chrome OS)

    • At least 4–8 GB RAM, Dual-Core processor

    • Wired internet connection (Wi-Fi often not allowed during work hours)

  • High-Speed Internet

    • Minimum download: 10–15 Mbps

    • Minimum upload: 3–5 Mbps

  • Wired USB Headset

    • With noise-canceling microphone

    • Compatible with your system (check with specific companies)

  • Webcam (sometimes optional)

    • For virtual meetings, interviews, or ID verification

  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
